SOARING
Riding the air currents sitting in the cockpit of an engineless airplane, a form of gliding, is called SOARING.
Soaring
Soaring is open for all ages from 14 years and beyond subject to physical fitness criteria. Time slots can be reserved at any of the Soaring Casa clubs by members. Members may reserve slot for their guests too.
Training
The untrained and unskilled can learn in stages beginning with cockpit acclimatisation, desktop simulator, cockpit simulator and guided flight with an instructor.
Contests & Competitions
Intra and inter club competitions and open contests at national and international levels from qualifying to championship finals. Varying classes of competitions conducted simultaneously.
Licensing
Well skilled, experienced and trained soaring pilots can apply for a sports pilot's or adventure pilot's license from FAA.
